- Mr. Presley earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1981 from Fort Lewis College. In 1989, he co-founded Border Valley Trading which has two locations in California. Mr. Presley is also a partner in Mesquite Cattle Feeders, LLC. In 2001, Mesquite partnered with seven other local cattle feeder to build and operate a beef processing company called Brawley Beef, LLC. Since 2003 Mr. Presley has owned and operated Smoke Tree Ranches, established to feed cattle going to the local beef plant. He has over 25 years of experience in the export hay business.
